Luxury Hotel Offers “Glamping”

According to CNN.com, the luxurious Rancho Bernardo Inn is currently offering a “Survivor Package” where you essentially name your own price-point, provided that comes with the understanding that a $19 per day rate doesn’t include toilet paper. Or even lighting for that matter. You can, however, set up your tent in one of their luxurious rooms, provided you bring your own toothpaste and headlamp. You wouldn’t find a campground for much cheaper than that in one of our National Parks. Who says luxury accommodations during an economic crisis are out?
